The Oakland Park Boulevard Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project is the first of many projects in Broward County Transit’s (BCT) Premium Mobility (PREMO) Plan, which the Broward County Commission unanimously approved on June 13, 2023.
Scheduled to open in 2030 this project will provide premium, Bus Rapid Transit service along a 15.4-mile corridor, connecting western Broward County to the beach, while serving Sunrise, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, and Fort Lauderdale.
