Father’s Day Weekend Fishing Fun

Celebrate Father’s Day weekend with the City of Oakland Park at our annual Father’s Day Fishing Fun event! Families are invited to enjoy a morning outdoors while learning the basics of fishing in a fun, relaxed, and educational setting.

This free event will feature hands-on fishing instruction provided in partnership with the Youth Environmental Alliance. Participants will learn helpful fishing skills, including ethical angling, bait and hook basics, rigging a pole, and how to fish safely.
