Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) | Draft Environmental Assessment Public Information Meeting

The City of Fort Lauderdale is hosting a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) Public Information Meeting regarding the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) Runway 9-27 Extension Project.

• FXE proposes to extend Runway 9-27 approximately 1,000 feet to the west – from 6,002 feet to 7,002 feet
• The meeting will provide an overview of proposed project improvements and describe the environmental review process.
• Attendees will hear a summary of the findings of the Draft EA.
• The meeting will be held in person and virtually.
• Attendees may review project displays and informational materials on-site.
