Homebound Food Delivery

Each month, the City of Oakland Park partners with Hands on South Florida and Farm Share to provide meal kits and essential groceries to vulnerable households in our community.
Volunteers help make this program possible by packaging meal kits and delivering them directly to residents’ doorsteps, helping ensure households receive nutritious food and basic necessities with dignity and care.
