Proposed Development: The owner/applicant, Burnese Smith, is requesting a Future Land Use Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map designation from Water to Low-Medium Residential Density and a rezoning of the Zoning Map classification from Open Space District to Townhome District. The proposal includes filling approximately 1.4 acres of the existing 37.09-acre lake and constructing 45 new townhomes on 4.5 gross acres of currently undeveloped land.
